Craig Effron was a gifted and advanced racer. He went to Tokyo to check out the scene there, liked it and stayed a while. One night in a bar he was talking to the bartencer and mentioned to him that he needed to find some challenging races. The bartender's name was Wicky, a nicknamed he earned for being the wickedest cat in the underground drift racing world.
